We want you to be satisfied with our HVAC services. This policy explains cancellations, refunds and warranty remedies.
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without charge. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a reasonable fee to cover dispatch costs.
Diagnostic fees cover technician time and expertise and are generally non-refundable once diagnostics are performed.
Approved repairs are considered final once parts are installed. Special-order parts or equipment may require a deposit and may be non-cancellable after order placement.
If you prepay and cancel before dispatch, we will refund to your original payment method, less any applicable processing fees charged by the processor (Stripe).
If workmanship issues arise within the stated warranty period, we will repair or replace the covered work. Refunds are not typical once work is completed; our remedy is repair or replacement consistent with industry practice.
