Scope of Services

We provide HVAC diagnostics, repair, maintenance and installation for residential and light commercial clients in and around San Ramon, CA.

Estimates, Approval & Changes

Work begins after you approve an estimate. Changes in scope may affect price and timeline and will be communicated for approval.

Scheduling & Access

Please ensure a person 18+ is present and that equipment areas are clear and accessible. We may reschedule due to safety, weather, or availability of parts.

Products & Special Orders

Special-order parts and equipment may require a deposit and may be non-cancellable once ordered.

Payments

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept major credit and debit cards and process card payments securely via Stripe. Late amounts may accrue a late fee as permitted by law.

Warranties

We warrant our workmanship as described on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Misuse, neglect, or conditions outside manufacturer specs may void warranties.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the applicable service.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply chain issues, or labor shortages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with an effective date.
